To fully enjoy your appointment, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early. This will give you time to complete the necessary preparation steps before your treatment, and the treatment itself will not be affected!
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After this time, a fee equal to 100% of the price of the treatment(s) will be charged to your credit card in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
An insurance receipt can be provided by your massage therapist.
Entry to the thermal experience is not included in the price of the massage or treatment.
Tips are not included in the price of services and remain at your discretion.
We recommend that pregnant women, people suffering from hypertension, heart problems or diabetes consult a doctor before their massage.
Thermal experience
The minimum age required to access the thermal experience is 16 years old.
You must have your hair tied back at all times.
Please respect the tranquility of the premises in the thermal experience area at all times.
The use of electronic devices is prohibited there.
The consumption of alcohol, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the site.
The duration of the thermal experience is limited to 3-hour blocks.

Gift card
The gift card you provide can be used by the recipient up to its value to pay for purchases at the Hôtel Levesque, one of its restaurants, or the Health Centre, depending on the type of card issued. Activation and use of this card constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions: this card, denominated in Canadian dollars, is redeemable only for the purchase of taxable goods or services, is non-cash, non-refundable (subject to the refund policy in Quebec), and cannot be used for payment on credit or other accounts. Hôtel Levesque is not responsible for replacing or honoring this card if it is lost or stolen. The recipient can check the card balance by calling 1-866-277-1704.
