How to enjoy the indoor Nordic spa
Our facilities have been designed to offer a moment where you can truly disconnect. Hot water relaxes, cold stimulates, light rebalances: a simple circuit, but remarkably effective for the body and mind.
The physiological and psychological benefits are felt from the very first immersion.
Body warm-up 5 to 10 minutes
Start by gently raising your body temperature with our hot water whirlpool bath.
The heat promotes perspiration, purifies the skin, and helps eliminate toxins. It's the gateway to deep relaxation.

Stimulating cold for 15 to 45 seconds
After the heat, comes the contrast: a bracing cold shower.
